Subject	BPV-- Apexi or HKS?

Message	I'm about to get some BOV's for my car. I saw the HKS is $580 and the Apexi is $350 on CZP. A part of me wants to go cheap and get the Apexi thinking they will be good enough but I figure they are that cheap for a reason. I've heard some bad stuff about them but it seems weird that a top brand would make a bad product. What are some of your opinions on these BOV's? Never Play Leapfrog With A Unicorn!!!
